American rapper J. Cole has tendered unreserved apology to colleague Kendrick Lamar for dissing him lyrically.

American rapper J. Cole has tendered unreserved apology to colleague Kendrick Lamar for dissing him lyrically.

J. Cole had fired back at Lamar on ‘7 Minute Drill,’ saying “he fell off like the Simpsons” after he dissed Cole and Drake on Future and Metro Boomin’s song, ‘Like That,’ which featured him.

In review, J. Cole paused his set during his performance at the 7 Minute Drill in North Carolina on Sunday to apologise to Lamar.

He also promised to take the diss track off streaming services.
