Nigerian track queen, Tobi Amusan lost her cool with a journalist who repeatedly demanded her to answer a question pertaining doping charges laid against her after the women’s 100-metre hurdle heats at the World Athletics Championship in Budapest, Hungary.
Amusan who was recently cleared of doping violations had put that behind her on and on Wednesday qualified for the final of the 100m hurdles event in time of 12.56seconds.
Amusan has now qualified for her third consecutive world championship final.
However, a keen journalist had gone on to ask her to provide clarity about her waived charges.
An obviously enraged and frustrated Amusan had in response lashed out at the reporter saying she would not respond to the questions which he perceives as criticism, while insisting that the moment is for her fans and fans alone.
The 2023 World Athletics Championship which started on Aug. 19 is expected to end on Aug. 27.
