The Office of the First Lady of Nigeria has refuted the rumour on social media platforms, claiming that the Aso Villa Chapel has been closed.

The First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, in a statement issued by her Special Adviser, Media, Busola Kukoyi, said although a new Chaplain has not been appointed for the Chapel after the exit of the last Chaplain, weekly fellowships are being observed at the chapel including mid-week fellowship on Tuesdays.
