Federal Executive Council Approves New 2023 Auto Policy

The Federal Executive Council (FEC) has approved the new National Automotive Industry Development Plan, 2023.

Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Otunba Adeniyi Adebayo who disclosed that the new plan is to provide outstandingly competitive fiscal and non-fiscal incentives needed by automotive industry, also outlined other approvals by the Council for his Ministry.

Our Correspondent, Raliat Adenekan reports that the Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Sunday Dare, disclosed that FEC approved contract for the construction of the National Sports Medicine and High-Performance Centre at Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja at the sum of N2.4 billion within three years.

Presidential Media Aide, Mallam Garba Shehu also read out other approvals for various Ministries including Ministry of Environment, FCT, Finance amongst others.
