The President-Elect, Senator Bola Tinubu yesterday met behind closed doors with the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Abdullahi Adamu, the Senate President, Senator Ahmad Lawan; the Deputy Senate President, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege; APC National Publicity Secretary, Senator Iyiola Omisore, and former Secretary of the APC Presidential Campaign Council, Hon James Faleke.

At the end of the meeting held at the Defence House in Abuja, the APC National Chairman described the gathering as a routine exercise.

Meanwhile, the president-elect has departed his Asokoro residence for the Defence Guest House in the Maitama District of Abuja, from where he will function until May 29 inauguration.
