The Eagles battled hard for a 1-nil win over the Libyans in the first leg, at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo, last Friday, thanks to the effort of Lazio midfielder, Fisayo Dele-Bashiru, who came off the bench to score.

Nigeria currently lead Group D with seven points after three games, while Benin Republic closely follow with 6 points, with Rwanda and Libya having 2 points and one point respectively.
