Colombian pop star Shakira has been confirmed to perform at the 2024 Copa America final, where a crowd of 54,000 is expected to gather at Hard Rock Stadium on Sunday, July 14. 

The renowned singer, famous for hits like “Hips Don’t Lie,” will take the stage during the halftime show of the highly anticipated event.

Shakira, who has previously performed at significant global events such as the Super Bowl and three World Cups, is set to bring her electrifying presence to the Copa America final, adding to the excitement of the occasion.

In the semifinal matches, Argentina secured their place in the final by defeating Canada 2-0, with goals from Julian Alvarez and Lionel Messi. They will face the winner of the other semifinal clash between Uruguay and Colombia, scheduled for Wednesday.
