Afrobeats sensation Rema has added to his impressive accolades by winning multiple awards at the 2024 ASCAP London Music Awards for his hit song “Calm Down.” 

The song clinched both the Song of the Year and Top Streaming Song awards. 

Rema’s success is shared with his co-writers and co-producers, Michael Hunter (London) and Andre Vibez, who also received recognition for their contributions. 

These latest victories bring Rema’s ASCAP awards total to three, setting a record for the most awards received by any Nigerian or African artist at ASCAP. 

Additionally, with six awards in 2024 alone, Rema is the most awarded African artist of the year.
