Rema Enters Guinness World Record With Calm Down

Divine Ikubor, popularly know as Rema, has joined the league of Nigerian artistes having their names in the Guinness World Book of Records.

The Afrobeat singer achieved the laudable feat with his hit song ‘Calm Down’, which emerged as No.1 hit on the official MENA chart (Middle East and North Africa chart), which is the world’s first regional streaming chart.

Guinness World Record recognised Rema for achieving the epic feat in a statement on its website recently.

It confirmed that the singer is being recognised for securing number 1 place on the world’s first regional streaming chart and first-ever official chart in MENA.

With this feat, the singer has joined the likes of Femi Kuti, Wizkid and other Nigerian musicians with Guinness World Records.
