Presidential Tribunal Adjourns Hearing On Peter Obi’s Petition To Wednesday

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja, has adjourned for the continuation of pre-hearing proceedings till Wednesday May 10, for the petition of the Labour Party and Peter Obi and that of the Action Peoples Party (APP).

Today’s proceedings will have the petitions of Atiku Abubakar and Allied People’s Movement in its schedule.

Other justices who will be PRESIDING over the tribunal include: Justice Stephen Adah of the Court of Appeal Asaba division, Justice Misitura Bolaji-Yusuf, also of the Court of Appeal Asaba Division, Justice Bolou-kuoromo Ugoh of Kano division and Justice Abba Mohammed of Ibadan Court of Appeal.
