Nigeria Paired with Tunisia Uganda and Tanzania for AFCON 2025 Group C

The Super Eagles have been drawn to face Tunisia, Uganda and Tanzania in Group C of the 2025 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Morocco.

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) conducted the draw yesterday which featured African football legends such as former Super Eagles captain, Joseph Yobo, Mustapha Hadji, Serge Aurier, and Aliou Cisse.

In Group A: host Morocco are grouped with Mali, Zambia, Comoros

In Group B, Egypt face South Africa, Angola, Zimbabwe

In Group C, Nigeria play Tunisia, Uganda, Tanzania

In Group D, there’s Senegal, Democratic Republic of Congo, Benin, Botswana

In Group E, we have Algeria, Burkina Faso, Equatorial Guinea, Sudan

And in Group F, there’s defending champions Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Gabon, Mozambique

The competition will run from December 21, 2025 to January 18, 2026.
