Nigeria Football Federation has opened applications to fill the position of Head Coach for the National Beach Soccer Team known as the SuperSand Eagles.
This come nine days before their 2024 Beach Soccer AFCON qualifier against Mauritania.
According to the NFF, the 3-day application window will close at midnight of Friday, July 12, with a successful candidate to be named in a matter of days.
Recall that Nigeria’s last beach soccer coach, Audu Ejo who led the team to their second Beach Nations Cup title in 2009, had died in 2021 after a brief illness.
