Manchester City secured a historic fourth successive Premier League title with a convincing 3-1 win over West Ham on Sunday.

It is City’s sixth league success in seven seasons under the inspirational Pep Guardiola and Sunday’s victory ensured they could not be caught by the second-placed Arsenal who beat Everton 2-1.

Manchester City Erling Haaland also clinched the 2023-24 Premier League Golden Boot awarded to the leading scorer in England’s top flight, while teammate Phil Foden has been voted the Premier League Player of the Season.
