Lagos To Enforce Zero-Tolerance To Commercial Activities On Red Rail Line

The Lagos State Government is set to fully enforce zero tolerance to COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES along the red rail line across the state.

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu made his position known yesterday while on an inspection tour of the Red line from Agbado, inside Ogun state, through Iju, Agege, Ikeja, Yaba, and Ebute Meta Stations.

The governor insisted that the State will barricade the rail lines corridors with CONCRETE WALL as against wire meshes which he noted are being removed by miscreants on a daily basis.

The Governor had declared that no encroachment on the rail lines will be tolerated.

Correspondent Godfrey Gabriel reports that the governor further added that vehicular bridges at Yaba and Ikeja will soon be commissioned to give Lagosians vehicular relief.
