Lagos Red Line Project To Be Ready Before May 29 – Sanwo-Olu

Governor of Lagos state, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu has expressed satisfaction with the progress of work on the Red Line Rail Project and vehicular bridge overpass at the Yaba Station on the stretch of Ebute- Meta to Agbado.
While on inspection tour yesterday, the governor noted that when completed, the unfortunate train accident which claims lives at the PWD rail crossing could be averted considering the design of the ongoing modern red line project.
Sanwo-Olu told state House Correspondents that the early resumption of work immediately after the 2023 elections, was to fulfill the “more work” promised during the campaign to deliver the “Lagos Project”.
