Emirates Airlines has announced its plans to resume daily operations in Nigeria starting October 1st, 2024, offering extensive connectivity options for Nigerian travelers.
The airline will reinstate services between Lagos and Dubai, providing customers with enhanced choices and seamless connections from Nigeria’s largest city to destinations worldwide via Dubai.
According to information sourced from the airline’s official website, Emirates will operate a daily service between Lagos and Dubai using a Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. The outbound flight, EK783, is scheduled to depart Dubai at 09:45hrs, arriving in Lagos at 15:20hrs. The return flight, EK784, will leave Lagos at 17:30hrs and arrive in Dubai at 05:10hrs the following day. T
Tickets for these flights are now available for booking through the Emirates website, as well as via travel agents.
Adnan Kazim, Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer of Emirates Airlines, expressed enthusiasm about the resumption of services to Nigeria, stating, “We are excited to resume our services to Nigeria. The Lagos-Dubai route has traditionally been popular among customers in Nigeria, and we aim to reconnect leisure and business travelers to Dubai and beyond, to our network of over 140 destinations.”
In addition to passenger services, Emirates Cargo will play a crucial role in importing essential goods such as pharmaceuticals, electronics, and general cargo from key markets like the UAE, India, and Hong Kong.
