Afrobeat superstar Oladapo ‘D’banj’ Oyebanjo is set to mark two decades in the Nigerian music industry with a series of celebratory events, including a free concert for his fans.

The concert will be held at the New Afrika Shrine in Ikeja on June 11, promising an unforgettable experience for his supporters.

In addition to the concert, D’banj will celebrate his birthday with a VIP dinner on June 7. This event will also feature the launch of his highly anticipated new album, “Entertainer: The Sequel,” a follow-up to his critically acclaimed 2008 album “The Entertainer.”

D’banj’s celebration plans extend beyond the borders of Lagos. Before returning to Nigeria in December for the renowned Koko Festival, he aims to host 20 shows in 20 cities across Nigeria. 

Following this national tour, he plans to take his music to other African countries, and then on to America and Europe.
