Grammy-nominated artist Davido has announced that his next album is completed and ready for release. 

During a live streaming session with Twitch star Kai Cenat, who is currently touring Nigeria, Davido revealed that the album consists of 15 tracks and features 6 guest appearances.

Having recently returned to Nigeria after a successful worldwide tour that included sold-out arenas, Davido’s upcoming album will mark his fifth studio album. This follows the release of his Grammy-nominated fourth album, ‘Timeless’, in 2023.

If released in 2024, this album will be Davido’s third release in four years. While he didn’t disclose the album’s title or release date, Davido hinted at collaborations with rapper Odumodublvck and French singer TAYC for the deluxe version of ‘Timeless’, which was released in 2023.

With the possibility of aiming for a release before the close of the window for the 2024 Grammy nominations, Davido is likely looking to add to his four nominations earned in the previous year.
