The Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has RESTRAINED the INEC from using the Chairman of the Lagos Parks and Garages, Musliu Akinsanya, popularly known as MC Oluomo, for distributing election materials in the State.
The presiding judge of the court, Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke, granted the order yesterday, following a suit filed against INEC by the Labour Party (LP).
The court has adjourned till Wednesday, February 22, 2023, to hear the substantive suit.
