The INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, has said only National Youths Service Corps members are authorized election officers to handle the Bimodal Voter Authentication System (BVAS) during the upcoming general elections.
The INEC chairman who made the disclosure to journalists while he visited the Government Secondary School, GSS Garki, to assess the nationwide training exercise for Supervisory Presiding Officers, SPOs to be engaged for the elections in Abuja, charged the Corps members to remain loyal to Nigeria and Nigerians, and also avoid leaving the BVAS in the care of unauthorized persons.

Our Correspondent, Raliat Adenekan reports that the INEC boss also disclosed that the Presidential candidates of all political parties, will sign the last peace accord on Wednesday, February 22.
