The Coalition Against Covid-19 (CACOVID), a private sector-led initiative, has donated 350 vehicles, state-of-the-art security equipment and gadgets to aid the fight against insecurity in Nigeria.
President Muhammadu Buhari who presided over the commissioning and handover of the security equipment valued at over N12 billion to the military and Nigeria Police Force, noted that such a patriotic gesture was proof that nationalistic determination is still alive in Nigeria amidst enormous challenges.

Chairman of the initiative and President of Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote, said over N82bn has been mobilised for medical supplies, construction of isolation centres, feeding of over 10 million people, risk communication and Advocacy.
