Benue Governor places N10m bounty on suspects who attacked Rep’s residence

Governor Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia of Benue State has announced a N10 million bounty for the arrest of the perpetrators behind the recent attack on Solomon Wombo, a member of the House of Representatives representing Katsina-Ala/Ukum/Logo federal constituency.

The incident occurred when gunmen invaded the private residence of a House of Representatives member in Katsina-Ala, injuring his housekeeper in the process.

In a statement released by the Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Kula Tersoo, the governor expressed his administration’s determination to eradicate criminals from the state, and urged the public to provide any information that could lead to the arrest of the perpetrators.
