Argentina and England will face off in a blockbuster FIFA World Cup semi-final, with a place in the final at stake.
Defending champions Argentina, led by Lionel Messi, are chasing a second consecutive World Cup title, while England are bidding to reach their first World Cup final since winning the tournament in 1966.
Messi has been central to Argentina’s campaign and is joint-top scorer in the tournament with eight goals. England, meanwhile, have relied on the attacking partnership of Harry Kane and Jude Bellingham, who have combined for 12 of the team’s 13 goals.
The winner will advance to the World Cup final to face Spain, who booked their place after eliminating France in the other semi-final.
