APC Urges CBN Governor, Attorney General To
Obey Supreme Court Order of Interim Injunction.

The National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) Abdullahi Adamu and APC governors have implored the Attorney General of the Federation and the Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria to respect the subsisting Supreme court order of interim injunction which states that the N200, N500, and N1000 should still remain a legal tender till its further seating.
This was part of resolution reached yesterday in Abuja at the end of APC chairman meeting with the APC Governors which saw at least 13 state governors in attendance.
APC Chairman Adamu who declared that the party is in support of the position of its Governors on the naira redesign, also urged President Buhari to intervene in resolving the Naira scarcity issues, causing great difficulties to the economy.

The meeting was graced by the APC presidential flag bearer, Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu, among other state governors.
