The Presidential Election Petitions Court (PEPC), sitting at the Appeal Court, Abuja, has “dismissed the Petition” filed by the Action Alliance (AA) and its Presidential Candidate, Solomon David Okanigbuan, against the declaration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, as President-elect.

The party and its Presidential Candidate, had notified the court of their intentions to withdraw their petition against Tinubu. Besides Tinubu, others listed as respondents in the AA’s petition are the INEC, the APC and Hamza Al Mustapha.
