2023 WWC: Super Falcons In Great Spirit Ahead Australia Clash — Waldrum

Nigeria’s Super Falcons head coach Randy Waldrum says there is a great spirit in the team’s camp of Thursday’s clash against Australia.

The encounter against co-host Australia will be the Nigeria’s second game at the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

The Super Falcons played out a goalless draw in their opening game with Canada on July 21st, leaving both teams joint second in Group B with one point.

Super Falcons best showing at the FIFA Women’s World Cup was a quarter final finish at the USA’ 99 tournament.
